I have not found any records of baptism, marriage or death for my great-great-great-great-grandmother Maddalena La Reda, but I know her given name from the 1 December 1759 marriage record of her daughter Rosa, which states that Maddalena was still living on that date. Her name is given in Latin on that document, as Magdalena. That early record doesn't give Maddalena's surname. |
