An organization of
native-born Sicilians, and descendants of Sicilians,
celebrating ‘Sicilianismu’.
We celebrate all things Sicilian: food, music, customs,
language and heritage; we will discuss our Sicilian
ancestry, our trips to Sicily, our Sicilian cousins, and the
traditions our immigrant ancestors brought to and preserved
in America. We'll advise members who may be planning a visit
to Sicily.
We encourage speaking the Sicilian language at meetings,
though it's not required for participation. Meetings will be
informal and open.
Our first meeting was upstairs at Dash's Market, Hertel
Avenue, on Thursday, 11 April 2023 at 10 AM.
WE NOW MEET EVERY
WEDNESDAY AT 2:00 PM
AT THE CCI, 2151 Delaware Avenue.

No prior proficiency in Sicilian is necessary. |
The Circolu Sicilianu is not meant in any way to be in
competition with any other local Italo-centric groups or
establishments, but a way to show our pride in our Sicilian
heritage. |
